1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) represent the contract between Peapod and Beans Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us” or “the Company”) and you, the user, governing your use as a visitor to https://www.peapodandbeans.com, all websites within that domain and/ or other websites (including social media sites) managed by us that reference these Terms of Use (the "Peapod and Beans Sites").

1.2 By using the Peapod and Beans Sites, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in full. If you disagree with all or any part of these terms of use, please do not use or continue any further use of this website.

2. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PEAPOD AND BEANS SITES

2.4 Any unauthorised use of the Peapod and Beans Sites shall result in the immediate termination of the temporary license referred to in Clause 2.1 above.

If any change is unacceptable to you, you should immediately cease all further use of the Peapod and Beans Sites. If you continue using the Peapod and Beans Sites after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms of Use.

9.1 Use of the Peapod and Beans Sites and these Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree that the Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Peapod and Beans Sites and these Terms of Use.
